• When you submit the audit widget: business name, website URL, email, phone, optional postcode.
• Audit results and HTML metadata from the URL you submit.
• Request metadata (IP, user agent) for security and rate limiting.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interest (to respond to audit requests you initiated) and consent (where you tick a box).

Where data is stored

London (eu-west-2). No data is transferred outside the EEA.

Retention

We keep lead data for 24 months from last activity, then auto-delete.

Your rights

Under UK-GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email marcell@flatlineseo.com and we'll action your request within 30 days.
